1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing or dispatch.

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it at the details below.

  • Cancellation requests made after dispatch will not be accepted.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product.

  • You received a damaged product, or items are missing.

  • The product received is defective or non-functional.

Important Requirements for Refund Claim:

You must provide:

  • Unboxing video with parcel clearly visible.

  • Clear images of the product and packaging.

Without proper proof, refund or replacement will not be possible.


3. Products Not Eligible for Refund

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Change of mind or dislike of product after delivery.

  • Product used or damaged after delivery.

  • Packaging removed or product unboxed without proof video.

  • Items purchased on sale, offer or clearance.


4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank/payment provider.


5. Return / Replacement Process

If eligible, customers may be asked to return the product.
Return conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition.

  • Original packaging must be included.

Replacement will be sent once product is received and inspected.


6. Non-Delivery / Wrong Address

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:

  • Incorrect address entered by the customer

  • Customer unavailable to receive parcel

  • Courier delays beyond our control

In such cases, no refund will be provided.
