  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier partner details will be shared via email/SMS.
You may track your order directly from the courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If undelivered after attempts due to customer unavailability, incorrect address or phone number:

  • The order may be cancelled automatically

  • Re-shipping will require additional shipping charges

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

We are not responsible for orders lost due to:

  • Wrong/incomplete address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Non-availability of the customer at delivery time

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before confirming the order.

7. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with:

  • Please take photographs and video while unboxing

  • Refuse the delivery and contact us immediately within 24 hours

Without video proof, compensation or replacement may not be possible.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We ship only within India.
